The privacy policy describes how “Magnika” Hotel collects, uses and otherwise handles physical persons’ personal data.
Magnika Ltd (I/C 404513415) is a company founded in accordance with the Law of Georgia. The hotel is located in the village of Ozurgeti Municipality, in Kaprovi.
The “Magnika” performs in accordance with the requests of the Low of Georgia and protects personal data of the customers.
The personal data privacy policy is intended to inform you of how we collect, define and use the personal data which you provide to us through our websites or other services.

Definitions:


Personal data - any information connected to an identified or identifiable physical person. A person shall be identifiable when he/she may be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by an identification number or by any physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social features specific to this person;
Data processing – any operation performed in relation to the data by automated, semi-automatic or non-automatic means, in particular collection, recording, photographing, audio recording, video recording, organisation, storage, alteration, restoration, request for access to, use or disclosure by way of data transmission, dissemination or otherwise making them available, grouping or combination, locking, deletion, or destruction;

We act in accordance with the Law of Georgia during the data processing; we process data fairly and lawfully, without impinging on the dignity of a data subject;
We process your personal data for the purpose of providing you with hotel services and in appropriate extent, and we store the processed data only for the period necessary to provide you with a proper and complete service;


How we process your personal data:


Hotel "Magnica" processes your personal data in case of booking a room by you - during the booking process, during the staying in the hotel and on checking out from the hotel.

In the process of booking a room, staying in a hotel or checking out from the hotel, we process the following data:


  • Guest(s)’s name/surname;
  • accompanying guest(s)’s name/surname;
  • Address;
  • Guest(s)’s phone numbers;
  • Guest(s)’s email addresses;
  • Booking details (including reservation numbers);
  • Arrivals and departure dates;
  • Type, number and validity of the payment/ used card for payment;
  • Consumer habits;
  • Dietary requirements;
  • Other requirements.


The recipient of the data provided by you is:

  • Hotel "Magnica", hotel staff;
  • IT service providers;
  • E-mail communication service provider;
  • Courier service operators (for the return of lost or forgotten items)

Note: Please note that if you intend to transmit the personal data of others, for example when making a reservation on their behalf, you may transmit this data only with their consent and their access to the details of this data, including for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy

Data security


We ensure to take any appropriate measures during the data processing for protection of data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, collection or any other form of unlawful use, and accidental or unlawful loss.

Your rights:


You have the right to request information on processing of your data;
You have the right to request correct, update, add, block, delete, or destroy data about you if the data are incomplete, inaccurate, not updated, or were illegally collected and processed.
You have the right to apply to the Personal Data Protection Inspector or to the court under procedures determined by law in case of violation of your rights with regard to personal data.

Reservation Conditions

Terms of prices and booking cancelation:


The price of the room is varied according to the months; hence the cost of an extra bed is varied.
An extra bed is free for children under 6 years old.
40-60 GEL – for children between 6-12 years old and 60-75 GEL for children and adults over 12 years old.

Discount options:


  1. 10 % discount for bookings of 10 or more nights, in case of booking 2 rooms – 15% discount;
  2. In case of 7-day booking (if requested) - 5% discount; in case of 2 or more rooms - 10% discount;
  3. In case of booking from 5 rooms to 10 rooms for 2 or more nights – 10 discounts;
  4. In case of booking 10 or more rooms for 2 or more nights – 15% discounts.

Conditions in case of booking cancellation:


You pay 30% of the total cost for the booking guarantee;
You will be returned the advance payment in case of cancelation prior 30 or more days before entering.
  1. The advance payment is on the account in case of the cancelation prior 7-30 days before entering, which can be used until the end of the season.
  2. In case of booking cancelation early 7 days before entering, the amount is deducted in as a fine.
  3. In case the guest leaves the hotel before the agreed time, the paid amount and / or part of the amount is not subject to return by the hotel;

Terms of cancellation of services in case of force majeure:


If the hotel has a force majeure circumstance due to which it is unable to provide services to the guest:
  1. In case of pre-booking, the client shall be notified immediately after the situation, not later than one working day and shall be ensured to reimburse the amount prepaid by him/her within 10 working days.
  2. If the guest is already in the hotel and due to a force majeure situation the hotel is unable to continue the service for him/her, the client shall be reimbursed for the remaining days as soon as leaving the hotel.
